Atix Hotel

Its restaurant, ONA means “gift,” in Pukina, the language of an ancient pre-Inca Andean culture who were the first people to cultivate quinoa and potatoes. ONA is a celebration of Bolivia’s rich biodiversity and gastronomic traditions. ONA is led by young Bolivian chefs who are passionate about Bolivian food and its gastronomic traditions.
